2. Fulfilment model
MIRAFELINE operates an e-commerce business and may use a private supplier located in the United Kingdom to fulfil and dispatch orders. This means that your order may be prepared, packed and shipped directly by our UK supplier or by a delivery provider acting on behalf of the supplier.
Although we may use a supplier for fulfilment, MIRAFELINE remains responsible for customer service, delivery issues, returns, refunds and your statutory consumer rights.
3. Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, unless another delivery destination is specifically available at checkout. Delivery availability may depend on the product, delivery address, supplier availability and courier coverage.
If we are unable to deliver to the address you provide, we may contact you to request an alternative address or cancel and refund the affected order.

11. Lost parcels

12. Tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mirafeline.ltd and include:

if a delivery photo, card or note was left;

13. Damaged parcels or damaged goods
If your parcel or goods are damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact info@mirafeline.ltd. Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

14. Risk and responsibility
The goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them. If you arrange your own carrier, risk may pass to you when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
15. International shipping, customs and import charges
We currently fulfil orders through a private supplier located in the United Kingdom. Unless international shipping is specifically offered at checkout, our standard shipping arrangements are intended for delivery within the United Kingdom.
